Legal rigour in every case
Valéry Mariage has been a lawyer (avocat) since 2000: first at the Lille Bar, and since 2003 at the Ardennes Bar. He holds a doctorate in law: his thesis, Le secret et le droit : contribution à la notion d'information (Secrecy and the Law: a Contribution to the Concept of Information), defended in 1999 at the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines under the supervision of Professor Galloux, was awarded the highest distinction (très honorable avec les félicitations du jury).
He has also taught law, notably at the Faculty of Law of the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne, at NEOMA Business School, at EFAP Lille (École française des attachés de presse) and at École Centrale de Lille. This academic background shapes a practice grounded in rigorous analysis of statutes and case law, and in a commitment to explaining the law clearly to his clients.
The firm advises clients in order to prevent disputes, and represents them in litigation to defend their interests before the courts.
